The academy was established by Swiss Watch Services, a subsidiary of Seddiqi Holding and in partnership with Watchmakers of Switzerland Training and Educational Program (WOSTEP). SWA aims to bring Swiss - standard watchmaking education to the region - combining theory and hands - on training.

P04-Customer Service Watchmaker I+II
The curriculum includes watch movement analysis, micromechanics, servicing, complications, and more — guided by WOSTEP standards and concluding with a final exam. This is a full-time course.

Graduates will be qualified for aftersales service technical roles across the watch industry globally. Sponsored students benefit from full tuition coverage, a monthly salary during training, and an employment offer at Swiss Watch Services upon graduation.
